Singapore Youth Award
Young people are our future. The Singapore Youth Awards commends youths who open new horizons. Their service to the community is exemplary. Their power to motivate young people is valued even more. For the giants that they are, we salute them.
The public is invited to nominate a youth or team who has excelled in their field of excellence as well as contributed back to the society.

Scientist bags top youth award

The Singapore Youth Award presented by the National Youth Council is the nation’s highest accolade for those aged 35 and under. Two scientists who have made waves in the field of stem cell research – one of whom had mentored the other - were honoured at this year’s awards.

师徒携手共进 同获新加坡杰出青年奖

今年新加坡杰出青年奖少有地出现师徒同时获奖的情况。罗云瀚博士获得今年新加坡杰出青年奖科学与科技类别奖项。他的博士导师黄学辉副教授曾在2005年获得同样奖项，五年后获得新加坡杰出青年奖评委鲜少颁发的个人表扬奖章。
