All nominations must be submitted online by 6:00pm (GMT +8), 31 January 2008.

Please ensure that the nomination form is completed in full. Incomplete nomination forms will not be considered.

All soft copies of supporting documents should be uploaded together with the nomination form. Nominees are advised not to submit original copies of supporting documents as the Awards Secretariat will not be held responsible for materials lost in transit. All materials submitted become the property of the Awards Secretariat and will not be returned.

To protect their online identity, nominees are advised to keep their user ID and password strictly confidential. Any confidential information submitted should be clearly labelled as such. The Awards Secretariat reserves the right to disclose the nominees' non-confidential information as it deems appropriate for the purpose of the Awards.
