All nominations for the Singapore Youth Award (SYA) 2011 must be submitted online by 6.00pm (GMT +8), 14 January 2011.
Please ensure that the nomination form is completed in full. Incomplete nomination forms would not be considered for the SYA.
All soft copies of the supporting documents should be uploaded together with the nomination form. Nominees are advised not to submit original copies of the supporting documents as the Secretariat would not be held responsible for materials lost in transit. All materials submitted would become the property of the Secretariat and would not be returned.
To protect your online identities, nominees are advised to keep your user IDs and passwords strictly confidential. Any confidential information submitted should be clearly labelled as such. The Secretariat reserves the right to disclose the nominees' non-confidential information as it deems appropriate for the purpose of the Award.
