Organizations and the public may nominate any deserving individuals or groups for the Awards (self-nomination is not allowed). |

Organizations and individuals may nominate any number of individuals/ organizations/teams. |

Organizations and individuals who furnish comprehensive information on their nominees' contributions and achievements will help in the selection process. They may be required to furnish additional information, if necessary. |

Shortlisted nominees may be interviewed by the Advisory Committee(s) and/or the Panel. |
|
Selected awardees are expected to attend a media conference in late June and the award ceremony on the first Sunday of July. |
|
The Panel's decisions shall be final; no correspondence pertaining to them will be entertained. |
|
The Panel may modify, amend or alter the rules or waive compliance at its sole discretion, if such steps are in keeping with the spirit and purpose of the Awards scheme. |
